Welcome to Safaripak. The following terms and conditions outline your rights and obligations when using our website (www.safaripak.co.uk) and purchasing our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

This website and its services are operated by Safaripak. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of our website signifies acceptance of the latest version.

We strive to ensure our website is always accessible; however, there may be times when maintenance or technical issues cause temporary downtime.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

3. Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
Discounts apply to full-priced items unless otherwise stated and cannot be applied retrospectively once your order has been placed.
If a discount code fails to apply, please contact social@safaripak.com before completing checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any misuse of discount codes.

4. Delivery

Delivery details, timescales, and shipping rates are available on our Delivery Information page.

We currently deliver throughout the UK using trusted couriers such as Evri and DPD.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Pricing, Availability, Product Images & Descriptions

We work hard to ensure all product details, images, and prices are accurate. However, mistakes can occur.
If we identify an error in pricing or availability after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

All prices include VAT (20%).
Images are for illustrative purposes only — our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard and may vary slightly in shade or texture due to batch differences.

6. Promotions

Promotions are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.
We can’t apply promotional discounts retrospectively or combine multiple offers.
If you return part of a promotional order (e.g. “buy 2 packs get 1 free”), your refund will be adjusted to reflect the value of items kept.

7. Marketing Permissions

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll occasionally send you updates, offers, and moving tips.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email or contacting us at social@safaripak.com.

8. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

9. Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

In summary:

  • You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • A £2 return fee will be deducted per parcel.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.

  • Proof of Postage is required for all returns.

All content on this website — including images, text, and graphics — is the property of Safaripak.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

We take care to ensure our boxes are durable and fit for purpose.
However, Safaripak will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products, including damage caused by misuse or overloading.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Competition Terms

From time to time, we may run giveaways or promotions.
Full competition rules, eligibility, and deadlines will be published at the time of entry.

15. User-Generated Content Rights

If you tag or submit photos to @safaripak, you grant Safaripak permission to share your content on our website and social media channels, with appropriate credit.

16. Packaging Compliance

Safaripak is committed to sustainable packaging and fully complies with The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007.
We ensure all our cardboard packaging is recyclable and sourced from responsible suppliers.
