Safaripak Returns Policy

We’re passionate about all things cardboard and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you do need to return an item, our returns process is quick and straightforward to ensure everything goes smoothly.

How to return items

Please click HERE to download your returns label. Regardless of the method by which you return any item/s to us, you must fill out the returns form indicating which items you are returning and why, and place this within your parcel.

  • Choose from ParcelShop drop off, Locker drop off or Courier collection
  • Max 15kg
  • Max dimensions vary per option

 

Additional Information

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the 14-day period outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once your return has reached us, please allow 5–7 working days for processing.

Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when sending your parcel. This contains tracking information — without valid tracking details, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and may be unable to issue a refund.
